Sicilia Archeologica - Terms of Service

1. Terms

By accessing our app, Sicilia Archeologica, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms of service, all applicable laws and regulations, and agree that you are responsible for compliance with any applicable local laws. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing Sicilia Archeologica. The materials contained in Sicilia Archeologica are protected by applicable copyright and trademark law.

Regione Siciliana does not collect any personal data through the mobile app “Sicilia Archeologica”.

Regione Siciliana sends some personal data to external providers to provide the users of Sicilia Archeologica with useful services:

o Regione Siciliana has access to aggregate data in anonymous form

- App usage, for statistical purposes aimed at the service improvement over time:

o Data recipient and owner: Google LLC, via Firebase

o Regione Siciliana has access to aggregate data in anonymous form
